All teams are unique in context, compilation and dynamics and as a starting point, we will do an analysis of the team’s current functioning.

The instruments used are based on the work of leading international experts in the field of team functioning and provides the team members with a platform from where own team strengths and development areas can be explored. In conjunction with the team leader or sponsor, interventions are selected to assist the team in developing specific actions to further improve and enhance their effectiveness.
